CANARY HOTEL, Hanoi – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel rooms are immaculate, nice, and cosy, featuring everything one needs, including a smart TV which was great for logging into Netflix; however, some rooms did not have a window to the street. The service was super helpful, with attentive and friendly staff offering various conveniences such as room service, car hire, and housekeeping. The location is great as it strikes a balance between proximity to the old quarter and a quiet ambiance, perfect for exploring nearby attractions and capturing pictures of the 'train street. ' The dining experience, located on the 10th floor, offers an amazing breakfast with good quality products, although it could be more varied. The facilities are excellent, ensuring a pleasant stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in Hanoi. The rooms were very nice and cozy, and we enjoyed our time here so much that if we decide to come back to Hanoi, we will definitely be booking with this hotel again. The rooms are quite big and have all the needed facilities. It was lovely and really spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great ensuite bathroom, although it was a bit dark.

The service provided by the staff was exceptional, as they gladly booked taxis for us, gave advice on which taxis to take, and even went above and beyond by granting us a free upgrade and late checkout. The location was perfect, not too far from the old quarter but in a quieter area, and near the train station. The dining experience, although a la carte and fabulous, could have had more food and drink choices. The facilities at the hotel were top-notch.
